The overall quality of the drawing is really good and I like seeing cute things die. Now for constructive criticism: The pony's snout area looks ineffably deformed. I think the nose area is the problem...

Are you referring to the living-soon-to-be-dead pony? If so, I had a problem on deviantart where someone pointed that out, where as in fact the mangled part is his broken glasses
